SENNELIER REFINED SAFFLOWER OIL (HUILE DE CARTHAME)

Used for Oil Paints, oils have an effect on thickness and texture of the paste, speed of drying and other factors.
Artists often mix more than one and create their own recipes.
Sennelier refined safflower oil (huile de Carthame):
This oil makes paints more fluid, brilliant and transparent.
Made with only the finest first press pure safflower oil.
It is purified to lower its acidity and heighten its clarity.
Mix directly with paints or in medium recipes.
Does not darken colors or yellow with age like linseed oil.
Add 25% maximum to total paint mixture.
