Satisfaction Guaranteed. You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the item to return it if you are not satisfied

Returned item must be in same condition as when received. Shipping only refunded if the item was the wrong item

Due to the nature of our products, many similar products have a single image to represent them. This cannot be considered as misrepresentation

Products returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be in same condition as shipped, with all accessories, boxes and documents

Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error or change of mind will be subject to a 15% restocking charge

Paypal fees and any other payment fees are not refunded

Always ship your returns insured with USPS, UPS or Fedex. All returns must require signature.Cave Of Treasures does not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the original order as well as the cost of returning unwanted items
