• Most of the time, we ship in one business day
• We ship by Fedex, insured and we email you a tracking number as soon as we get it from Fedex
• All our items are professionally packaged in heavy boxes: We want to protect the beautiful products we sell!
• WARNING: All products (except the pliers) from John Annesley are hand made and require one to two weeks for shipping
